This position serves as the operational backbone for our nursing staff, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules and resources. You will be the primary point of contact for managing the master schedule, handling call-offs, and rescheduling as needed while keeping managers, families, clients, and caregivers informed. Beyond scheduling, you play a critical role in coordinating medical supply usage and inventory, distributing supplies as required to support daily care operations.
In this role, you will manage the flow of information between nursing staff (LPNs, CNAs, RAs, etc.) and the broader care team. You will update care plans, document changes, and track resident admissions, discharges, and staff changes for billing purposes. Your ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain meticulous attention to detail will be essential as you handle incoming and outgoing communications and monitor staff attendance.
