This position serves as the operational heartbeat of our care facility, ensuring seamless coordination between nursing staff, residents, and families. You will be the primary point of contact for managing the master schedule, handling call-offs, and distributing critical medical supplies. Your role is vital in maintaining the flow of information regarding care plans, billing data, and staff attendance, allowing our caregivers to focus on what they do best: caring for others.
