About the Role
This position serves as the operational backbone for our nursing staff, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules and communication. You will manage the master schedule for LPNs, CNAs, and RAs, handling call-offs by rescheduling shifts and providing timely notice to managers, families, clients, and caregivers. Beyond scheduling, you play a primary role in coordinating medical supply usage and inventory, distributing supplies as needed to keep care flowing smoothly.
In this role, you will be the hub for information, tracking resident admissions, discharges, and staff changes while entering data for billing. You will also handle incoming and outgoing calls with staff and clients, ensuring that care plans are updated and changes are documented accurately in the system. It is a detail-oriented role designed for someone who is calm under pressure and passionate about caring for others.
