About the Role
This position serves as the operational backbone for our nursing staff, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules and resources. You will be the primary point of contact for managing the master schedule, handling call-offs, and rescheduling as needed to maintain continuity of care. Beyond scheduling, you play a critical role in coordinating medical supply usage and inventory, ensuring that caregivers have the tools they need to support residents effectively.
In this role, you will manage communication between nursing staff, clients, and families, while also tracking resident admissions, discharges, and staff changes for billing purposes. The work requires a calm demeanor under pressure and a keen eye for detail to maintain accurate records and ensure the well-being of our community.
