This position serves as the operational backbone for our nursing staff, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules and critical information flow. You will manage the master schedule for LPNs, CNAs, and RAs, handling call-offs, rescheduling, and communicating changes to managers, families, clients, and caregivers. Beyond scheduling, you play a primary role in coordinating medical supply usage and inventory, distributing supplies as needed to keep care running smoothly.
You will be the central point of contact for incoming and outgoing calls, updating care plan information, and tracking resident admissions, discharges, and staff changes for billing purposes. This role requires a calm demeanor under pressure and a keen eye for detail to maintain accurate records and ensure the well-being of our residents.
