About the Role
This position serves as the operational backbone for our nursing staff, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules and communication. You will manage the master schedule for LPNs, CNAs, and RAs, handling call-offs by rescheduling shifts and notifying managers, families, clients, and caregivers as needed. Beyond scheduling, you play a primary role in coordinating medical supply usage and inventory, distributing supplies as required to keep care running smoothly.
You will be the central point of contact for incoming and outgoing calls with staff and clients, while also tracking resident admissions, discharges, and staff changes to ensure accurate billing data. This role requires a calm demeanor under pressure and a keen eye for detail to maintain the integrity of care plans and attendance reports.
