About the Role
This position serves as the operational backbone for our nursing staff, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules and critical information flow. You will manage the master schedule for LPNs, CNAs, and RAs, handling call-offs by rescheduling shifts and providing timely notice to managers, families, clients, and caregivers. Beyond scheduling, you play a primary role in coordinating medical supply usage and inventory, distributing supplies as needed to keep care uninterrupted.
In this role, you will be the central point of contact for incoming and outgoing calls with staff and clients. You will track resident admissions, discharges, and staff changes, entering data for billing purposes while maintaining accurate care plan information. The role requires a calm demeanor under pressure and a keen eye for detail to manage the complexities of senior living operations.
