About the Role

Loan Sales Specialists empower customers by listening to their needs and providing access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life's expenses. This role thrives in a competitive atmosphere where hard work and dedication directly influence success. In this position, you will manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. You will engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-house systems. Your goal is to exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement, delivering results related to individual and branch goals. You will also clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the loans, terms, and their options.

Hiring Process and Application

This position is located on-site. The schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
