As a Personal Financial Counselor at March ARB, CA, you will provide essential personal financial services to military service members and their families. Your mission is to support the financial readiness of the force by offering a full breadth of counseling services, including one-on-one sessions, command consultations, and the development of informational materials.
You will play a key role in the military lifecycle by coordinating and delivering financial management classes and workshops. These sessions address critical moments such as arrival at a first duty station, pre- and post-deployment transitions, and other career events. The role requires you to assist service members in establishing spending plans for extended absences and to respond to requests for age-appropriate seminars.
In this position, you will work closely with installation Points of Contact to ensure the program remains within scope and meets the unique needs of the community. You will also manage duty-to-warn situations according to Department of Defense protocols and communicate regularly with leadership regarding trends and issues on the installation. The role involves utilizing virtual counseling tools, such as secure video teleconferences and online chat, to extend support where needed.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens with fluent English skills and be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated Tier 2 investigation. If required by the contract, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is necessary.
