The BRG Corporate Finance practice specializes in providing strategic, operational, and financial advice to private equity firms, management teams, boards of directors, investors, hedge funds, and other lenders or companies that are either underperforming or in transition. About the Role
The BRG Turnaround & Restructuring practice is seeking to add professionals due to client demand and market opportunities. This role exists to support the day-to-day activities of client service teams on a diverse range of turnaround advisory assignments. You will work in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with T&R experts, professionals from other firms, and client contacts to achieve engagement objectives.
In this position, you will articulate findings and recommendations around key financial, business issues, and value drivers. You will execute multiple tasks across consulting engagements, utilizing business, finance, accounting, and analytical skills to perform modeling and prepare client presentations. Additionally, you will participate in the development of our fast-growing, entrepreneurial consulting practice, assisting in marketing, client pitches, and product development.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelors degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
- verified3+ years of work experience in consulting or professional services
- verifiedExperience in financial modeling and analysis (Excel, 3-statement models, cash flows, scenario analyses)
- verifiedAbility to manage and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data
- verifiedCFA, CPA, or technical/GAAP accounting expertise (preferred)
- verifiedAdvanced in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- verifiedFamiliarity with financial research tools (e.g., Capital IQ, Bloomberg)
- verifiedLegal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship

CFA, CPA (or equivalent), or technical/GAAP accounting expertise.
