As a Healthcare Financial/Actuarial Director, you will serve as a key member of the Financial Actuarial & Analytics (FAA) Community of Expertise. This role is designed to lead financial and actuarial engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from small accounts to complex, large-scale employer health and group benefit programs. You will partner closely with Client Service colleagues to communicate strategies and results that drive client action and improve plan performance.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects alongside industry leaders while expanding your knowledge across varying client complexities. You will guide teams on cost avoidance, risk, and funding strategies, while also providing leadership to junior colleagues on FAA concepts and tools. The role requires building strong internal and external relationships to enhance the WTW and H&B brand, while supporting new business and cross-selling activities.
At WTW, we trust you to know your work and the people, tools, and environment you need to be successful. The majority of our colleagues work in a "hybrid" style, featuring a mix of remote, in-person, and in-office interactions that depend on the specific needs of the team, role, and clients. Our flexibility is rooted in trust, and we recognize that "hybrid" is not a one-size-fits-all solution.
We understand that flexibility is key to supporting an inclusive and diverse workforce. Consequently, we encourage requests for all types of flexible working arrangements, including location-based options. Please speak to your recruiter to discuss how we can tailor a work model that supports your success.
WTW is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and veterans. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
