Are you a culinary professional seeking a career path that offers superior work-life balance and growth opportunities beyond the traditional sous chef or line cook trajectory? This full-time personal chef position is designed for those who want to leverage their expertise in a dynamic, client-focused environment. You will serve 8-9 clients weekly, managing the entire culinary experience from grocery shopping and meal planning to cooking and kitchen cleanup.
Beyond standard meal preparation, this role invites you to showcase your creativity across a variety of cuisines while building meaningful relationships with clients who value your culinary artistry. You will have the opportunity to expand your skillset by hosting intimate private dining events, teaching cooking classes, leading corporate team-building workshops, and supporting special projects like menu design and event catering.
Unlike traditional restaurant kitchens, this position offers consistent, predictable Monday through Friday hours from 8 AM to 6 PM, ensuring your evenings and weekends remain free. You will enjoy direct client interaction and the creative freedom to design menus, rather than adhering to a rigid restaurant hierarchy. This environment fosters growth beyond the kitchen, offering a clear pathway to evolve into a private chef, event chef, or culinary leader.
We are committed to investing in our chefs through hands-on training, mentorship, and comprehensive career development programs. We value initiative, relationship-building, and a drive for growth. Our culture rewards hard work, creativity, and dedication, providing a clear pathway for financial advancement and well-deserved raises based on performance evaluations.
