The Personal Banker II position is designed to provide an exceptional customer experience by building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers. In this role, you will help customers understand and address their financial needs, providing solutions that span across the customer's lifecycle through a consultative sales and service process.
You will be responsible for creating a memorable customer experience by cultivating relationships within your assigned book of business through proactive outreach. This involves using a consultative approach to uncover customer needs and tailoring recommendations accordingly. Beyond sales, you will analyze customer credit data to ensure clients are in the appropriate solutions, work collaboratively with internal partners to resolve issues, and reinforce the value of current and new technology.
A core part of this position is being accountable for risk. You will openly exchange ideas, elevate concerns, and personally follow policies and procedures to ensure actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. You will operate within the Bank's risk appetite while consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
This role is based in Plano, Texas (75024) within a normal office environment. The position may require extended viewing of computer screens and periodic travel within the Bancorp footprint to attend meetings and/or training.
