About the Role

As a Sr. Practice Solutions Relationship Manager, you will act as a strategic consultant to healthcare professionals and business owners, evaluating their unique needs to design custom financial solutions that help them achieve their objectives. This role is designed for those who want to build and grow full client relationships through direct prospecting, client referrals, and a robust network of industry professionals.

You will serve as the primary link between individual Practice Solutions clients and the broader bank, connecting them with Treasury Services, International, Trust, and Cash Vault solutions. Your day-to-day involves managing overall relationship profitability and portfolio risk while providing insight to enhance client cash flow, profitability, and efficiency. You will also represent the bank at local and national industry trade shows, collaborating with business banking teams and internal partners to maintain consistency and transparency.

This position operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring on-site presence Monday through Thursday.
