About the Role

As a Relationship Manager I within PNC's Small Business Banking organization, you will be based in Gainesville, Florida. In this role, you will manage relationship activities with new and existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share. You will work with clients who have basic levels of risk and complexity, operating with a higher degree of supervision to acquire, expand, and retain client relationships.

Your day-to-day involves handling the origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non-credit products. You will focus on client opportunities by providing insights based on an understanding of their needs and financial well-being, aiming to increase engagement and loyalty. Additionally, you will build an effective network of internal and external relationships to actively acquire new clients and enhance the client experience, leveraging reporting and sales tools to convert opportunities.
