This position serves as the foundation for a career as a Retail Personal Banker II. Selected candidates will join a structured 4-8 week on-boarding and education program featuring rotations in Operations and Sales & Service. Upon successful completion and certification, you will step into a sales-focused role dedicated to building relationships and driving growth.
As a Retail Personal Banker II, you will act as a trusted advisor, utilizing a consultative sales process to identify current and future financial needs. Your day-to-day involves building thorough customer profiles, recommending appropriate solutions for deposits, loans, and fee-based services, and engaging in outside sales activities such as community financial literacy events and onsite presentations. You will work closely with business partners in Mortgage, Small Business, and Investment to provide holistic financial solutions while maintaining a position of trust and responsibility.
