You will join an established team of OB Hospitalists, working collaboratively with certified nurse midwives, family practice physicians, and maternal-fetal medicine specialists to provide quality, coordinated care to families. This position is part of a team dedicated to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, ensuring the delivery of Culturally Competent Care.
Providence St. Vincent Medical Center is seeking an experienced Obstetrician to join the team in a Per Diem capacity to cover night shifts. This role exists to ensure continuous, high-quality obstetric coverage during the evening and overnight hours, allowing the broader team to maintain seamless operations.
In this position, you will work within a collaborative group to evaluate and manage patients in the OB and Labor & Delivery units, attend deliveries, and perform necessary surgical procedures. The schedule consists of 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. This is an OB-only role with no call required outside of scheduled shifts. The position is covered by the collective bargaining agreement between Providence Medical Group-Oregon and Northwest Medicine United AFT Local 6552, Providence St. Vincent Hospitalists Chapter.
