Key Responsibilities
- check_circleStand up a fast, written, and useful performance management cycle calibrated across the company
- check_circleDesign learning and development programs for onboarding, manager training, and feedback culture
- check_circlePartner with leadership and finance on org design, headcount planning, and comp/burn tradeoffs
- check_circleOwn retention outcomes by defining leading indicators and building sensing systems
- check_circleDesign and own total compensation strategy, including philosophy, bands, leveling, and equity frameworks
- check_circleBuild career pathways and leveling rubrics to define excellence and growth trajectories
- check_circleTreat People programs as products by instrumenting them, measuring adoption, and iterating
Requirements
- verified7-10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, strategy & operations, or People/HR programs
- verifiedExperience at companies with strong People programs (e.g., Stripe, Block, Netflix, Airbnb)
- verifiedDemonstrated ability to design programs from 0→1
- verifiedQuantitative modeling skills for leveling, attrition, comp bands, and equity
