As a Pega Digital Transformation Consultant, you will join a team dedicated to driving business process management (BPM) and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. This role is designed for freshers eager to learn and apply Pega technologies to solve real-world business challenges. You will support digital transformation initiatives by assisting in the design, development, and implementation of applications using the Pega Platform.
In this position, you will work alongside senior developers to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your day-to-day will involve participating in case management, decisioning, and UI design, while ensuring applications are debugged, tested, and maintained for smooth performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and QA, to deliver automation solutions that align with Pega best practices and guardrails.

Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integrations. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exposure to CRM systems. Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). Internship or project experience in Pega or BPM tools. Academic projects related to automation, workflow systems, or web development.
