Medical City Children's Hospital serves as the flagship pediatric facility within the expansive Medical City Healthcare network. This 254-bed, award-winning hospital provides highly specialized pediatric care across a wide range of services, featuring a 37-bed pediatric medical-surgical unit supported by a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), a Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU), and a robust ECMO program. We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Associate Medical Director to join our growing Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) team. As a key leader in a high-acuity, high-volume tertiary care center, you will work alongside a supportive team that values clinical excellence, innovation, and mentorship. In this role, you will partner with the other Associate Medical Director and Medical Director to enhance clinical quality and operations, support physician onboarding and development, and help shape department strategy and culture. You will also foster collaboration with nursing, hospital leadership, and subspecialists while maintaining a clinical role with flexible scheduling options.
