This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. You will join an established team of 6 physicians and 5 APPs to deliver high-acuity care within the PICU and CVICU at Peyton Manning Children's Hospital.
As a vital clinical partner to the Intensivist team, you will manage and round on complex patients, performing life-saving interventions and advanced procedures to stabilize and support our most vulnerable pediatric patients. Your day will involve optimizing patient outcomes through the expert management of mechanical ventilation, pharmacological therapies, and conscious sedation protocols. You will collaborate across disciplines to execute comprehensive care plans, ensuring every child receives a seamless and compassionate transition from critical illness to recovery.
To support your success, the role features a dedicated three-month structured orientation with immersive skills labs and OR-based procedural training designed to elevate your practice. The position is based in Indianapolis, IN, at a Level 1 Trauma Center and Regional ECMO Center serving a population of approximately 7 million people in Central Indiana.
