THERAPITAS is a leading pediatric outpatient clinic dedicated to providing high-quality therapy services to Spanish-speaking families across Oklahoma. We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our Hope for Tulsa Clinic. This role is designed for a passionate professional who wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children. Whether you are already bilingual or eager to become one, this position offers a unique opportunity to work within a Spanish Immersion environment.
In this role, you will conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients. You will document services using our EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations. A key aspect of the position involves collaborating with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Depending on your experience level, you will also provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows.
We prioritize your professional development through ongoing mentorship and clinical support. You will be trained on multilingual assessment and treatment techniques, ensuring you have the skills to serve our diverse community effectively.
