We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in London, Ohio. This role is designed for a professional with a strong background in communication sciences and a genuine passion for helping individuals improve their communication skills and overall quality of life.
In this position, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. You will work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to evaluate patients' cognitive-communication and swallowing abilities, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Your day-to-day will involve providing direct therapy services, collaborating with physicians and other professionals, and educating patients and their families on treatment strategies.
