About the Role
We are hiring a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Tulsa. This role exists to provide skilled intervention that improves strength, mobility, motor development, and functional independence for pediatric patients. You will work alongside experienced Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and support staff in a collaborative environment that values teamwork, growth, and excellent care.
While Spanish fluency is a plus, it is not required. We provide trained interpreter support for all clinical interactions. For those who wish to learn, we offer a unique Spanish Immersion Program (SIP) that can send you to Antigua, Guatemala for a structured, safe experience to immerse yourself in the language and culture.
Day in the Life
You will conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients, documenting services in our easy-to-use EMR to meet clinical standards. A key part of our culture is protecting your work-life balance. Documentation is done at work, not at home; we build documentation time directly into your schedule, protect your lunch hour, and utilize unfilled cancellations as additional documentation time. Most therapists carry a sustainable caseload of 23–28 hours of direct therapy per week, built around your experience and preferences.
