Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) provides the nation's public school districts, charter schools, and communities with highly qualified pediatric therapists, including speech, occupational, and physical therapists. Our mission is to make a difference in the lives of children by finding and training the best pediatric therapists and partnering them with the right schools and clinics in need. We support win-win initiatives to ensure children receive the best care possible.
As a Physical Therapist, you will spend your day helping improve the lives of children, setting them up for success both in the school setting and beyond. This is meaningful work that builds a rewarding career. You will provide high-quality services to students based on their IEPs and 504 plans. Your day will involve conducting evaluations and assessments, writing reports, and determining strengths and areas of concern regarding gross motor skills, mobility, positioning needs, and other critical areas.
We offer real support and a tailored mentorship program for every therapist, recognizing their essential role in our mission. If you are ready to join our team, please fill out our initial 3-minute, mobile-friendly application so we can review your information. We look forward to meeting you!
