About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, you will be the driving force behind restoring function, reducing pain, and improving mobility for a diverse patient population. This role exists to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care that goes beyond standard treatment; it is about partnering with patients and their families to maximize independence and quality of life. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs, utilizing hands-on interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and gait training. Your day will involve close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and rehab professionals to coordinate optimal care plans, while also educating patients on injury prevention and home exercise strategies. By maintaining accurate documentation and monitoring progress, you will ensure safe, effective, and compassionate outcomes for every individual you serve.
