Join our Behavioral Health team at Dell Children's Medical Center in Austin, TX. In this full-time role, you will serve as a clinical resource for trauma and personality disorders, providing consultation, staff education, and community outreach on mental health services. Your work will focus on delivering individual, group, and family therapy to support improved mental health outcomes. You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, establish measurable therapy treatment goals aligned with evidence-based practices, and collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and community providers to coordinate care from treatment initiation through discharge planning.
