About the Role

As a Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner, you will oversee all aspects of clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and support clinicians to provide patients with individualized treatment plans. This role is designed for a "rockstar" pediatric therapist who excels at helping kids move better, feel better, and live better, but who may not want to handle the business side of running a clinic.

In this position, you focus on your patients and families while we act as your business-savvy sidekick. We handle the complexities of marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, systems, and scaling. You will play a pivotal role in promoting efficient service utilization, program development, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards within the local community. You will also facilitate continuing education and provide mentorship to enhance team performance.

This is a unique opportunity to start your own outpatient pediatric clinic. We go where the clinician and their relationships are, and we are open to exploring locations that work for you and your local community. You will be an integral part of determining the clinic's location, as this is a start-up clinic that does not yet exist.
