About the Role
Join us as a Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner to start up your own outpatient pediatric clinic. This role is designed for a rockstar pediatric therapist who excels at helping kids move better, feel better, and live better, but who may not want to handle the complexities of running a business.
In this position, you will focus entirely on your patients and families while we act as your business-savvy sidekick. We handle the operational heavy lifting, including marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, systems, legal, compliance, patient engagement software, IT, HR, payor contracts, accounting, and revenue cycle. You will be an integral part of determining the clinic's location, as we go where the clinician and their relationships are. This is a start-up opportunity where you will build and recruit your dream team, supported by regional leadership training, mentorship, and access to our in-house business school and pediatric residency program.
