About the Role
As a Pediatric ABA Clinic Director & Investing Partner, you will join a unique opportunity to start your own outpatient ABA clinic in Hermitage, PA. This is a startup position where you will focus on your patients—helping kids thrive and live better—while Ivy Rehab handles the business complexities of marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, systems, and scaling.\n You will serve as a valued teammate and business partner, supported by a "business-savvy sidekick" team that manages analytics, revenue cycle, legal, compliance, and IT. Whether you are an experienced leader or looking to take the next step in your career, you will receive comprehensive training and development before opening your clinic, ensuring you have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
