We are seeking a dedicated classroom teacher to join our team for the 2026-27 school year. Reporting directly to the Principal, this position is vital to our mission of maximizing student potential across intellectual, emotional, physical, and social dimensions. The role involves developing and delivering academic instruction that aligns with district philosophy, fostering a classroom climate where every student can thrive.
As a classroom teacher, you will be the architect of a learning environment that balances rigorous academic standards with supportive social development. Your day will involve designing and delivering differentiated, research-based lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and individual needs. You will collaborate extensively with support staff—including ESL, Special Education, and TAG specialists—to ensure at-risk students receive the targeted interventions they require.
Beyond the classroom, you will serve as a key communicator with parents and stakeholders, providing timely feedback on student progress and maintaining accurate documentation of performance. You will also contribute to the broader school community by participating in extracurricular activities, committees, and staff development opportunities.
Candidates must meet the "Highly Qualified" status and hold a valid Texas teacher certification in the respective content and grade level, along with ESL certification.
