The P/C Customer Service Support Analyst serves as a vital bridge between the Property/Casualty Customer Service (PCCS) team and broader corporate initiatives. This role is designed to represent PCCS on key projects, ensuring that billing systems, programs, and procedures are optimized for both internal operations and field force users.
In this position, you will engage in the full lifecycle of system management, from study and analysis to design, testing, implementation, and maintenance. A core part of your day involves facilitating training on corporate system functions and driving workflow improvements through detailed business specifications and cost-benefit analysis. You will also perform quality control audits to ensure strict compliance and accuracy across PCCS functions.
