This role is designed for a seasoned technology leader with deep expertise in Amazon Connect and the AWS ecosystem. You will drive contact center modernization initiatives, leading cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that enhance customer experience through scalable, secure, and intelligent cloud platforms. Your mission is to lead the end-to-end delivery of Amazon Connect-based solutions, overseeing design, architecture, and implementation across AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, S3, and Contact Lens.
In this position, you will take ownership of a team responsible for cloud-based contact center transformation initiatives within enterprise environments. You will collaborate with market unit leaders to identify emerging client demands and align capability development with business needs. The role involves leading proposal responses to client RFPs, managing complex program delivery, and mentoring current team members to meet evolving technology demands. You will engage directly with clients for solution design, requirement analysis, and regular demos, ensuring alignment with business goals while optimizing the customer experience.
