You will step up to the next level of technology expertise as a seasoned leader driving contact center modernization initiatives. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of Amazon Connect-based solutions, overseeing design, architecture, and implementation across the AWS ecosystem. You will manage cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade, scalable, secure, and intelligent cloud contact center platforms that enhance customer experiences. Your day-to-day involves mentoring development teams, collaborating with stakeholders to drive innovation, and ensuring alignment with business goals. You will also lead proposal responses to client RFPs, identify emerging market demands, and nurture talent to meet evolving technology needs. This role offers the chance to work on complex transformation programs, engaging with clients for solution design, requirement analysis, and delivering regular demos to stakeholders.
