This position serves as a strategic hub for our North American payroll operations, managing the end-to-end processing and reconciliation for approximately 1,550 employees across union and non-union classifications. You will lead the payroll team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery while maintaining strict adherence to federal, state, and local legal requirements.
Your day-to-day involves leveraging Workday for US payroll and ADP for Canadian processing, while managing complex integrations with SAP, Kronos, and Ivanti. Beyond technical execution, you will act as a subject matter expert in cross-functional meetings, guiding the organization on payroll laws and system configurations. You will also oversee the company car fleet policy, managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with global vehicle policies in coordination with the CFO.
