The Project Analyst serves as a vital support for a wide range of project and operational initiatives across the credit card lifecycle. This role is designed to work cross-functionally to deliver product launches, system enhancements, and migration efforts. You will act as a project liaison with other departments, providing essential project and analytical support to your assigned business line or functional area.
In this position, you will engage in research, analysis, review, development, implementation, and monitoring of new and/or revised products and services. Your work will involve analyzing current costs, estimating cost savings, and compiling information to make data-driven recommendations. The role is hybrid, with team members typically spending three days a week at the U.S. Bank location(s) while maintaining flexibility for other working days.

Considerable knowledge of the credit card life-cycle. Experience with platforms and tools including ICS, AEM, ACAPS, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, and MS Office Suite. Strong written and verbal communication. Ability to troubleshoot and independently problem-solve. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Thorough knowledge of project management. Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data. Demonstrated leadership skills.
