The Role

As an Accounting Manager focused on Government Contracting, you will play a crucial leadership role in managing complex client engagements. You will ensure high-quality compliance and consulting services while contributing directly to the growth and development of BlueStone's GovCon practice. This position is designed for someone who wants to drive business development and practice expansion while serving as a primary point of contact for assigned clients.

In this hybrid role based in Timonium, MD, you will lead full-cycle Unanet implementations, translate complex FAR/CAS requirements into system configurations, and design scalable systems for repeatable consulting processes. You will supervise staff, review deliverables, and support audit preparation, ensuring our clients remain compliant with DCAA requirements and government billing processes.
