The Engineering Manager, MarTech & Headless Commerce Integration will own the end-to-end strategy, implementation, and operations of the content and integration layer connecting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Target with our headless e-commerce platform (Shopify Plus) for OnStar digital commerce. You will lead a specialized web development and integration team, acting as the architectural guide for headless web experiences, data pipelines, and APIs. As a primary strategic partner to central GM platform teams, you will ensure that OnStar content creators can move quickly while the underlying systems remain secure, scalable, and highly available. This position requires a blend of technical depth in CMS and headless commerce architectures with strong people leadership to foster inclusive, cross-functional collaboration.
