About the Role

As a Tactical Security Officer in Portland, Oregon, your primary mission is to protect individuals and property by reading the environment, anticipating risk, and acting accordingly. This role demands a keen sense of observation and physical agility, as you will be patrolling sensitive environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers throughout your shift.

You will serve as the first line of defense, verifying identities, controlling access to secure areas, and ensuring the proper functioning of alarms and cameras. In the event of a threat or incident, you must react quickly and collaborate effectively with law enforcement. Success in this position relies on your ability to document actions accurately and maintain vigilance while moving continuously through your assigned site.

Hiring Process
