Under the supervision of the Medical Group Practice Manager, the Patient Service Specialist provides essential medical administrative support to the entire patient care team. This role is pivotal in gathering and processing information required for billing all office charges and coordinating patient care. The position serves the broader CVMC Medical Group, including covering other practices as needed, and expects all employees to remain a positive influence while offering input to improve internal processes.
