About the Role

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) – Call Center serves as the vital first point of contact for Wayne Health. This role is designed to bridge the gap between patients and our clinical teams, ensuring a seamless experience from the initial phone call to the final visit. You will be the voice of our organization, providing excellent customer service while managing a dynamic mix of inbound calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications.

In this position, you will not only handle the call center but also perform reception and clerical duties within an outpatient clinical setting. Your day will involve constant, meaningful interaction with patients, physicians, and the broader clinical team.
