About the Role
The Patient Experience Representative I serves as a vital first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors at our Waltham location. Working under close supervision, this role ensures the best possible patient experience by effectively coordinating administrative services and supporting the daily operations of a clinical service. The position is designed for individuals eager to contribute to departmental and organizational initiatives with a focus on continuous process improvement.
In this per diem, onsite role, you will be the face of our team, greeting and directing patients while managing the flow of daily schedules. Your day will involve a blend of administrative precision and compassionate care, from enrolling patients in digital portals and collecting vitals to handling complex inquiries and ensuring examination rooms are prepared. You will collaborate with referring providers and rotate through call centers as needed, acting as a bridge between clinical needs and administrative support.
