The Patient Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for our patients, responsible for delivering exceptional care while ensuring the smooth operational flow of the practice. This role is vital in bridging the gap between clinical needs and patient accessibility, guiding individuals through the entire journey from initial welcome to the completion of their treatment plans.
In this position, you will be the face of ImmediaDent, welcoming patients into the practice and managing the logistics of their visit. Your day will involve verifying insurance coverage, discussing treatment options, and working collaboratively with patients to determine the best financial arrangements to ensure they can receive the care they need. You will balance the needs of walk-in patients with scheduled appointments, maintaining a positive and efficient environment even in a fast-paced setting.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will also play a key role in fostering team spirit by actively participating in daily huddles and supporting the clinical team with various assigned tasks. This is a non-exempt position requiring flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, to meet the needs of our patients.
