This role sits within the Corporate Recare Department, a centralized team dedicated to supporting patient care across our network. Our mission is to ensure hygiene appointments are consistently scheduled and maintained, acting as the backbone for patient retention and practice efficiency.
We pride ourselves on maintaining a positive, collaborative culture where patient care is the top priority. The team operates in a focused, structured environment where steady, dependable individuals thrive alongside a supportive group of colleagues.
As a Patient Communication Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for scheduling and confirming hygiene appointments for patients across up to 14 different offices. This position is essential for maintaining the flow of care, ensuring that every patient receives the timely attention they need.
The day-to-day rhythm of this role involves managing structured, repetitive tasks with high accuracy. You will communicate with patients via phone calls and text messaging platforms, maintaining up-to-date records and following established workflows to ensure consistency. This role is best suited for individuals who are calm, focused, and enjoy a consistent workflow while remaining deeply engaged with their team. It is designed for those who excel in process-driven environments rather than those who prefer highly fast-paced or constantly changing scenarios.
