About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant / Scheduler to support our clinical operations and ensure a seamless patient experience. This position serves as a vital bridge between patients and our clinical team, managing the logistical and administrative aspects of care delivery.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many patients, handling patient intake, collecting vitals, and managing the appointment calendar. You will work closely with clinicians and administrative staff to maintain an efficient workflow, ensuring that every patient receives timely and coordinated care. Your ability to multitask and communicate effectively will be essential in keeping our clinic running smoothly from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Requirements
