The Patient Care Coordinator serves as a critical ambassador for Peak Performance Physical Therapy, overseeing front desk operations to support clinic production, patient experience, and overall business performance. This role ensures patients arrive on time, schedules are optimized for efficiency, and all required documentation and billing information are obtained accurately. Beyond administrative duties, you will act as a key educator, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance patient care through appropriate service recommendations and fostering a welcoming environment for every visitor.
