About the Role
The Patient Care Coordinator serves as a critical ambassador for Peak Performance Physical Therapy, overseeing front desk operations to support clinic production, patient experience, and overall business performance. This role ensures patients arrive on time, schedules are optimized for efficiency, and all required documentation and billing information are obtained accurately. Beyond administrative duties, you will act as a key educator, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance patient care through appropriate service recommendations and fostering a welcoming environment for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleProactively recommend appropriate add-on or supplemental services based on patient needs

Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or equivalent
- verifiedAssociate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- verifiedPrevious experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- verifiedCustomer service experience in a patient-facing or healthcare environment
- verifiedProficiency with computers and healthcare scheduling software
- verifiedKnowledge of and adherence to HIPAA and other applicable privacy and confidentiality regulations
Nice to Have
