The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC-I) is an entry-level office role designed to maintain pleasant and consistent daily operations of the clinic. This position supports clinic growth through excellence in the execution of practice management and patient intake processes. Working in collaboration with the Clinic Director, the PCC-I embodies the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.
In this dynamic role, you will learn quickly and multitask across multiple computer programs. Your day will be defined by creating an inviting clinic atmosphere, ensuring every patient feels welcome from the moment they arrive. You will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors warmly, managing the flow of new referrals, and verifying insurance coverage. By converting referrals into evaluations and managing the front office workspace, you play a vital part in the patient experience and the clinic's efficiency.
