Key Responsibilities
- check_circleFacilitate resident activities such as game nights, movie nights, and nature walks
- check_circleTransport tenants to appointments, outings, and shopping trips as needed
- check_circleCommunicate facility needs and general issues to the Guest Service Specialist Supervisor
- check_circleCoordinate services with community resources and referral sources
- check_circleRespond to crisis situations calmly while following emergency protocols
- check_circleParticipate in shift briefings to review tenant information and assigned duties
- check_circleProvide high-level customer service and assist tenants with daily tasks
- check_circleComplete chart-related documents and correspondence for assigned clients
- check_circlePerform light housekeeping tasks including tidying, laundry, and cleaning common areas
- check_circlePrepare and serve breakfast and scheduled snacks for residents
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School diploma or GED
- verifiedMinimum 1-year experience in customer service
- verifiedFirst aid and CPR certification
- verifiedCurrent CDL
