As a staff member at Home of Hope, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals through their daily lives. To join our team, candidates must meet specific qualifications, including a valid Oklahoma driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work flexible schedules. The hiring process includes criminal background checks through the OSBI and requires pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable cause drug screens. Successful candidates must also complete First Aid/CPR training and pass competency testing on required classes.
