About the Role
This entry-level position serves as a vital support pillar within our home therapies setting, operating under the oversight of the Home Therapy Registered Nurse (HTRN). The primary mission of this role is to coordinate patient appointments and ensure an outstanding patient experience from the moment a patient checks in until they depart.
As the designated point of contact for patient appointments, you will bridge the gap between administrative coordination and direct patient care support. You will work closely with the Patient Care Team to facilitate smooth operations, ensuring that every patient interaction is handled with professionalism and care. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in healthcare who are eager to contribute to a team dedicated to improving patient outcomes in a home therapy environment.
